This was another one of the layout I did with that Making Memories line of paper and embellishments I got on like super clearance from Target a while back. Surprise!

Hey all, just wantd to share some photos from a surprise party Krista and I put together for Charlene's birthday over the weekend. It was a black and white asian affair, and I think it turned out pretty nice. Enjoy, and I'll be back soon, have so many layouts to share!

Well hello and happy Thursday to you! This week has been a long one for me, since I seemed to have developed allergies overnight! Seriously, I've never had allergies or sinuses or whatever it called, but it seems like I do now. I woke up Tuesday morning all stuffy, with red puffy eyes, and not able to breathe through my nose. So after two days of this, I finally got some Claritin, which everyone I've spoken to swears by, but nothing yet. No relief what so ever...ahhhh!!! I really hope is some weird fluke, and it'll go away and never come back again...ever.

Anywhoo, sorry to keep ranting, in the mean time, I've been playing with my new camera! I just have a few pics to share right now, a the rest of them are on my desktop, on which the internet has decided to stop working! So whenever that decides to start working again, I would love to share my Mother's Day pictures as well. I hope you all had a great mother's day.

Mother's Day Card

Just wanted to share a Mother's Day card I made for both my Mom and my mother-in-law. I used some Sassafrass papers, Scenic route paper (flower), Prima ribbon, and bling. The best part is that it was all scraps, even though, I originally bought supplies to make them, lol. Well thanks for stopping by. We're headed to Orlando for the weekend with the in-laws. Patiently waiting...

on the UPS man to deliver my Mother's Day present. This gorgeous peice of machinery, will be in my hands at some point today, hopefully sonner rather than later.

 

I've been waiting on this for at least the past 5 years. I've dreamed of having one of those "fancy cameras" since I was pregannt. Well, to be honest, for as long as I've started scrapping, but definitely since I was pregnant. I always told my husband, how can we not have one of these to document our children's lives, when we live in a time of such amazing capabilties. I'm probably getting too sappy here, but it's my blog, and I can get sappy if I want, lol. My parents or family don't have a single picture of me as a baby or even a child, up until about four years old, so you can understand why I'm this emotional about it! I'm sure I could've gotten one a long time ago, if I would've started saving up sooner, but I don't think I was ready until now. Having both my kids, and wanting more than the average blurry, dark, or unfocused picture, (which I always seem to take!) was reason enough to finally take this step. So here I am, just waiting, and hoping Mr. UPS will show up VERY soon! I can't wait to start playing with my new toy. Woo Hoo 2 posts in two days!

Check me out, I'm pretty proud of myself. I hope I'll be able to keep this up. Well not the everyday thing, lol, but just blogging and scrapping. I did this layout of Kaiden, last week, using the Lullaby line from Webster's Pages. It's pretty simple, but it's done! This picture was taken the day after he was born. He's only 8 months now, but I can't even remember him being this tiny, my sweet angel. I'm hoping to get to all the baby pictures before he stops being a baby, lol. Well thanks for stopping by. Hello and happy Cinco de Mayo to those who celebrate, and those who use it as a reason to have one of these. I sure hope I can squeeze one in today! I hope you all are having a great Wednesday, it's hump day, almost time for the weekend.

Here is a layout I did this past Friday while cropping with my besties, Krista and Charlene. Unfortunately it was all I got done, lol, but we had a great day shopping, cropping, and catching up.
